PRIVACY POLICY — Kickstand: Pre-Ride Check

Kickstand: Pre-Ride Check ("the app", "Kickstand") is an offline motorcycle pre-ride inspection checklist. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

1. SUMMARY
Kickstand does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

2. INFORMATION YOU ENTER
You may enter bike names, models, odometer readings, checklist items, inspection results and notes. This information is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We never receive it and cannot see it.

3. NO NETWORK ACCESS
The app does not request the INTERNET permission and cannot connect to the internet. It contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.

4. NO PERMISSIONS
The app does not request any Android permissions. It does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or notifications.

5. SHARING
The "Share summary" feature opens Android's standard share sheet with a plain-text summary of an inspection. You choose whether and with whom to share it. Kickstand does not send the text anywhere itself, and what happens after you share is governed by the app you choose.

6. BACKUP
If you have Android backup enabled, the system may include Kickstand's data in your device backup (for example, Google backup) so it can be restored on a new device. This is handled by Android and your Google account under their own privacy terms. Kickstand itself does not operate any backup server.

7. DELETING YOUR DATA
You can erase all data at any time in Settings > Reset all data. Uninstalling the app also removes its stored data from your device.

8. CHILDREN
Kickstand does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

9. SAFETY NOTICE
Kickstand is a checklist aid and does not replace professional maintenance or your bike's service manual.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same location with a new effective date. Because the app collects no data, any change is expected to be minor.
